What is this layout called

I've been banging my head, so I thought I would ask... what is the small layout/form called that displays at the left side when you click on a module. Eg, Click on Contact, and at the left below the Shortcuts, you see a small form that allows you to create a contact.

Further, I can't find it as a layout to be edited in Studio.

Edit... I've found a file that allows me to remove it alltogether and it's referred to as a "SideQuickCreate"

There are no way to edit the Side Quick Create form through Studio, only by hand, editing the file itself: modules/Contacts/metadata/sidecreateviewdefs.php

What version are you referring to, anyways?
