Project Tasks Issue

I have upgraded from SugarCRM 5.0,0g to 5.1.0a.

I found that project tasks couldn't work noramlly.

I only could find project tasks list in Project Tab, but no create project tasks link.

However, we also can't show create project tasks in the Project detail.
