I have read and followed the documentation, but unfortunately it is not very clear. I realize that prior knowledge of LDAP is most likely required, but I suspect many users of SugarCRM are not going to be familiar with LDAP implementation. It is also notoriously difficult to configure, so if SugarCRM were to describe the settings in the Sugar admin panel a little more clearly, it would be a great help.
