Action to Call a Page Load

Hi, is it possible to make a web page load from an action? I am wanting to dynamically generate a url based on some fields in sugar and then have that load. I am trying to bring some data back to Google analytics when the lead has converted to a sale.

I suppose you can use the curl to accomplish that action.
