	Seminars: Learn the basics of Sugar in our online and recorded seminars that cover role-based topics such as Getting Started, Opportunity Management, Administration, Best Practices and more. Seminars include product demonstrations and Q&A. They generally last 30 - 60 minutes and have no participant limit.
	Workshops: Expert instructors provide key product knowledge, best practices and proven tips and tricks on advanced topics using a combination of lectures, application demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. All you need is a browser to utilize our live distance learning courses that feature hosted, hands-on lab exercises.
