The Sugar Adoption Program is a three phased plan aimed to expedite and optimize your implementation of SugarCRM. This plan is based on best practices we've learned from our 1000+ commercial customers in addition to the many thousands of open source implementations. SugarCRM has been successfully deployed in the SMB all the way through the Fortune 50 and across the globe.

The Adoption Program's framework, including the staged checklist, is available to all who choose to benefit from it. However, Sugar Enterprise and Professional customers receive significant added benefits. Each step our commercial customers take through the plan is guided by the experience and knowledge of their dedicated Customer Advocate representative as well as the technical expertise from our world class support organization. Our Professional Services Organization can be leveraged for the commercial customer during this process, too.
