Immediately after purchase, we encourage you to notify SugarCRM Inc. of the two Support Authorized Contacts for your company. You can contact the Support Team at support@sugarcrm.com. Support PortalThe SugarCRM Support Portal is the online case submission portal where you can easily get in contact with the Sugar Support team as well as find other support resources. All Support Authorized Contacts have access to the SugarCRM Support Portal.
Your case will be assigned to a support technician and responded to promptly. Read more about how to submit a support case through the Support Portal.
