Sugar FastStack Installation Guide - Community Edition
Version 5.5.0
Installing Sugar FastStack on Linux
You can install Sugar FastStack as a typical installation or a custom installation. While typical installation is recommended, you can choose custom installation for any of the following reasons:
Sugar FastStack is available for MySQL server 5.0.37, which includes PHP 5.2.5 and Apache 2.0.59.
The minimum memory requirement is 1GB. However, the recommended memory requirement is 2GB.
FastStack installs and runs the Apache server as the “nobody” user. Therefore, before you begin the installation process, ensure that the “nobody” user has full Read and Execute permissions to the path of the installation location.
