The Microsoft SQL Server driver version 1.0, does not support UTF8. Therefore, use the FreeTDS Driver.
When a primary address containing multiple lines is used in an email template, the line formatting is lost when you send out the email.
Attempts to send out an email fail if the email address contains quotes or commas in the “To” and “CC” fields.
There is no icon as a visual indicator to mark emails that you have responded to or forwarded to other individuals.
Special characters, such as double quotes and colon, in email passwords result in IMAP authentication failure.
Administrators cannot define an email account template with email settings that are common to all users.
XML and HTML tags in the body of an email template are automatically removed when you save the template. Hence, they are not displayed in the outgoing email.
Workaround: Write all the tags inline to ensure they are correctly parsed and displayed.
Attempts to reply to an email fails if the email address contains a comma between the first name and the last name.
When you send an email message using the Create Case Reply template with the “Send Text only” option enabled, the system sends the reply without including the text specified in the template.
Attempt to send an email fails without a warning if the email address contains two non-alphanumeric characters, such as periods and dashes, next to each other.
If the “Opted out” box is checked for an email address in a record that is merged with another record, the opted out flag is not saved during the merge.
In a record’s Detail View, the sub-panel of a related record displays checkbox values as “1” for checked boxes and a blank for unchecked boxes instead of images.
If the subject line of an imported email contains single quotes, the Check Inbound Email Scheduler hangs in the “In Progress” stage.
Text data from emails is not imported if the email contains single quotes in the To, CC, BCC fields.
IMAP authentication fails even if a valid connection is established because of IMAP library warnings that may not have been ignored properly.
When importing a tab delimited Excel file into Sugar, if there is an extra tab or tab character present in the file, the system creates a new user.
