Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in our CRM application
  • Cultivate sales opportunities from inbound leads, managing from start to close.
  • Call into 50+ accounts daily, typically on the phone 3-5 hours each day.
  • Close three to five new opportunities each week
  • Be a knowledge expert in SugarCRM in order to guide efficient sale cycles
  • Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 3+ years quota carrying sales in software, SaaS or related field.
    • Track record of success with complex sales cycles over the phone.
    • Experience managing a high volume sales pipeline.
    • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
    • Use of CRM/SFA, MS Office and WebEx web conferencing software.
    • Ability to conduct web based interactive product demos via PC and phone
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
    • Track record in consistently exceeding individual sales goals
    • BS/BA or equivalent

    Additional Desired Requirements:

    • Successful experience selling for a start-up software company
    • Working knowledge of using and/or selling CRM solutions
