UI, Usability & AJax Specialist
If you are passionate about making visual sense of the information and relationships on the web, if you can’t sleep because there is that one imperfection on the page, if bad design simply makes you mad — we want to talk to you! You must know all the graphics tools, be able to take a page from verbal concept to full graphics and if you can code we will give you some extra points.
Qualifications: A killer portfolio! Especially if it has some business apps in it that don’t look boring.
Understanding of usage patterns, UI best practices, design decisions, etc., yet willingness to break some rules.
Ability to evangelize good design. Ability to produce a great one!
Deliver early and work under pressure, yet stay being an artist.
Be able to deal with engineers, command their respect even though you may be not too technical.
Love all things visual (and maybe hate some). Be able to be honest.
Manage your own time and freedom of expression to produce the best-of-breed Application design.
