Microsoft Azure, Amazon EC2, GoGrid, Rackspace - the future will happen across many clouds. This track will help developers decide where to spend their time and how to start innovating today.

View Sessions

Track 4: Extending Sugar

A decade from now, proprietary software will be a quaint reminder of how far the Web and open source have come in promoting openness and interoperability. These sessions will concentrate on how to use SugarCRM's open architecture to change, extend and maybe even revolutionize customer management.

View Sessions

Track 5: Beyond CRM

Implemented correctly, CRM touches all parts of the business. This track tackles when CRM stops and other applications and processes take over. Sessions will explore new and innovative ways to use business principles and technologies to place the customer at the center of everything.

View Sessions

Track 6: Getting Social

The internet is changing the way we sell and market to customers. The definitions of customer relationships are also changing. As social media experts put it: "The customer is now in charge of the conversation." How can you leverage Sugar to listen, track and engage with your customers in the social web? These sessions will provide you with some basic understanding of social CRM, and some first steps towards expanding your present CRM initiative to include social media customer engagement channels.

View Sessions

Track 7: Partner Innovation

Innovation and co-creation of value are the hallmarks of open source and cloud computing. Rather than try to stymie change, companies and providers are embracing solutions created outside the four walls of their company. The Partner Innovation track highlights the differentiated solutions SugarCRM partners are delivering around the globe.

View Sessions

Track 8: SugarU

These in-depth tutorials will showcase the power of Sugar as a customer management platform, including sessions on driving user adoption, navigating Sugar, managing sales teams, marketing projects, support activities and administration.
