The Center on Asia and Globalization (CAG) is a leading international research center specializing in the study of governance, risk and regulation at the global, regional and local levels. Located in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, CAG partners with preeminent research institutions around the world to produce policy relevant knowledge that supports decision making for effective governance.
Fundraising and networking events are primary activities within CAG but its coordination efforts across email and spreadsheets could no longer support its growing events schedule and expanding audiences. Information was not centralized or updated, and finding contacts for different events was a difficult and tedious task. As a result, CAG determined that it needed a comprehensive CRM solution that could also support its event marketing initiatives and growth.

With the help of Sugar's solution partner iZeno, CAG had its new solution up and running in just 30 days. The seamless integration allows event details created within Sugar to be displayed on the website using SugarCRM's web services. This flexible solution gives its members access to real-time updates of important event information.
